Return and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your home textile purchase from aromasyscent. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date or delivery date, whichever is later.

To be eligible for a return, home textile items must be:

Items that have been used, washed, damaged, altered, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return. Final sale items, custom orders, and personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receipt:

Please provide your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of returned home textile items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refunds will include the purchase price of the returned item(s) but will not include:

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a home textile item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective home textile product, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the damage or defect, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs at no charge to you.

We reserve the right to request return of damaged or defective items before issuing a replacement or refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've processed it, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange only, subject to the same return eligibility requirements.
